What are the days and hours of operation at Economy Self Storage?

Gate access hours are 7:00A.M to 10:00P.M. Seven days a week for your convenience.  The office is open 9:00A.M. To 5:00P.M. Monday through Saturday and closed for lunch between 12:00P.M. – 1:00P.M.  We are also open 12:00P.M. To 4:00P.M. Every Sunday.  The office is closed New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

How do I make a payment for my storage unit?

We accept cash, money orders, cashier’s check and personal checks. Stop by during office hours or drop your payment in our night box.

How big of a self storage unit will I need?

Oceana Self Storage offers some basic guidelines to help you determine just how much space you will need.

Is a year long lease required?

No. We know that circumstances change so we offer the ease of a month to month rental on our self storage units.

How can I save money on my self storage unit?

Coupon – If you mention the words “One Boat” at the time of rental you will receive 50% off your first month.

Referral – When you are already storing with us and refer a new tenant, you receive $25.00 off your rent.  Your friend will receive $25.00 off their first month’s rent.  It is a Win-Win for everyone.

Prepay – Pay 6 months in advance and receive One month FREE.

Can I get insurance for my belongings?

Yes. We offer third-party insurance at a low monthly fee. You can also call your insurance agent to check if your homeowner’s or renter’s policy will cover your belongings in an “Off site garage.”

What kind of security is available at Oceana Self Storage?

Oceana Self Storage has both video recorded surveillance and on site resident manager.

What is the best way to pack a self storage space?

Place wood pallets or plastic on the floor of the storage area before bringing in your belongings.

Remember to leave a walkway to get to the rear of your storage area.

Store the items you expect to need to use more often to the front of your storage area and keep valuables in the rear.

Since you can pack items to the ceiling remember to store couches on end on a pallet to conserve space.

Take apart beds and mark so to reassemble easily and attach all bolts and hardware pieces.
